Terms of Office and Vacancy Procedures for PACE Executive Team

The PACE officers, including the President, Vice President, Treasurer, former Secretary, and Technology Officer, each serve a one-year term, commencing on January 1 and continuing until their duly elected successor assumes office.
 

In the event of a vacancy in an elected office, the Executive Team is responsible for selecting a replacement. During the period before a replacement is elected, the President has the authority to appoint an interim officer. Moreover, the Vice President is designated to assume the role of President in case of a vacancy in that position.
